The International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) honored the 2010 Portland Rose Festival
with 15 Pinnacle Awards.
This year we had four Gold Awards, five Silver Awards and six Bronze Awards. IFEA announced the winners at the 55th Annual Convention & Expo in St. Louis, Missouri on Wednesday, September 15, 2010.
