The International Festivals & Events Association (IFEA) honored the 2011 Portland Rose Festival with the highly coveted Grand Pinnacle Award, that acknowledges our event as the best in the world.
Additional awards included eight Gold Awards, two Silver Awards, and six Bronze Awards. IFEA announced the winners at the 56th Annual Convention & Expo in Dallas, Texas on Monday, October 3, 2011.
