The Rose Building -- opened in the late 1940's as Portland's Visitors Information Center -- is now the home of the Portland Rose Festival Foundation.

Tour the renovated building and see Rose Festival memorabilia on display, take a guided tour of the new rose garden outside (led by members of the Portland Rose Society), meet the 2011 Rose Festival Court and enjoy complimentary cookies (courtesy of Portland Rose Festival Foundation board members).
