The opening day of the Portland Rose Festival is one of the first signs of summer. Whether you are craving cotton candy and a spin on the CityFair Ferris wheel, want to dance your cares away at a RoZone Concert, or bask in the sun as amazing, all-floral floats drift through downtown in the Grand Floral Parade, there is an event for festival lovers of any age.
