Rose Festival’s waterfront activities all take place at beautiful Governor Tom McCall Waterfront Park, in downtown Portland.

At Rose Festival CityFair, you'll find your favorite fair features - carnival rides, fair foods, interactive exhibits, and constant entertainment - all nestled between the urban energy of the city and the natural beauty of the Willamette River.

Blazers Kids Club - Kids Club Members get in free (+parents) - show proof of membership at the gate to receive free admission
TriMet's Welcome Back Weekend - Show your Hop Fastpass at the gate June 10-12 for free CityFair admission

CARNIVAL RIDE TICKETS
Tickets to ride Funtastic Shows carnival rides will be sold on-site only at CityFair, and are not available online in advance.
Carnival ticket prices are below. Rides take 11 to 12 tickets per ride.
34 ride tickets: $20 cash, $21 debit/credit card
68 ride tickets: $40 cash, $41 debit/credit card
120 ride tickets: $60 cash, $61.50 debit/credit card
250 ride tickets: $115 cash, $117 debit/credit card
Ride wristbands are not being offered in 2022.

Rose Festival Opening Day
May 27, 2022 5pm - 11pm
Nothing says celebration quite like fireworks — and the Portland Rose Festival's return in 2022 will bring out the biggest, baddest fireworks display in town! Your admission to CityFair will include the Fireworks presented by Xfinity & Flyhomes — choreographed to music — plus a full concert by fan favorite Hit Machine on the Dick's Auto Group Stage.
Ribbon Cutting: 5pm
Fireworks start: 9:50pm

2022 Pacific Island Celebration and Ukulele Jam
May 29, 2022 1pm - 6pm
NEW LOCATION - INSIDE THE ROSE CITY STAGE TENT (just north of the Yamhill main gate)
Join the fun! There will be lots of fun ukulele activities, including a performance by local and Hawaiian Island ukulele artists. Bring your ukulele, music stand and download your songbook here for a sing-along. DOWNLOAD SONGBOOK

2022 Kids, Clowns and Characters
May 30, 2022 2pm - 6pm
NEW LOCATION - INSIDE THE ROSE CITY STAGE TENT (just north of the Yamhill main gate)
Bring the entire family out for Kids, Clowns and Characters, an event featuring the best in children’s entertainment including magic, clowns, bubble shows, face painting, music and much more! Spin the Portland Trail Blazers prize wheel and check out the Blazemobile. Free with CityFair admission.

The second weekend of CityFair is jam-packed with music on the Rose City Stage, performing arts on the Artslandia stage, crafts and puppet shows in the Darigold Kids Zone, and cool artifacts in the Rose Festival Museum – all FREE with CityFair admission. The Game On Arcade is open all day for kiddos and into the evening for adults, and those same adults can grab a drink at the Tribute Lounge! Visit the Dick's Auto Group Stage in the RoZone on Friday, June 3 for Caribbean Night featuring Cojunto Alegre (FREE with CityFair Admission).

Show your Hop Fastpass and get in FREE! The third and final weekend of CityFair is a great time to visit and ride the big wheel one more time, eat another corn dog, and see & do things that only happen this weekend! There's a Wellness Day in the RoZone on Friday, June 10, FREE with CityFair admission. Participate in Fleet Week activities, with ships visiting from the U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, and Royal Canadian Navy. For more information, visit the Fleet Week page. On Saturday and Sunday, get an up-close look at the spectacular all-floral parade floats from Saturday's Spirit Mountain Casino Grand Floral Parade, in the formal post-parade Grand Floral Float Showcase along Naito Parkway, adjacent to CityFair. Visit the Dick's Auto Group Stage in the RoZone on Sunday, June 12 for Good in the Hood Meets CityFair, featuring incredible musical artists like Norman Sylvester & more (FREE with CityFair Admission).
