Visit Pioneer Courthouse Square as it hosts its Annual Festival of Flowers Celebration in the heart of downtown Portland. This year's design, circles squared, created by Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects, will welcome visitors to the heart of downtown with a mosaic of circles comprised of more than 20,000 colorful flowers and plants. This year, visitor's can walk through, sit on, touch, smell and experience this colorful installation in a variety of ways. circles squared will be on display at Pioneer Courthouse Square through June 20 and will be followed by the annual Flower Sale beginning at 8:00 a.m. on June 21.
In addition to the floral installation at the Square, a satellite floral display will be placed in the lobby of the Hoffman Construction headquarters in the Fox Tower as well as a display and musical performances at Pioneer Place's ground floor rotunda.
