Pacific Power female executives, including Vice Presidents, Managing Directors and Department Managers, are matched with each Court member in a mentorship program. The mentors participate in the school selection assemblies and begin friendships that last throughout the Festival and into the future.

The Portland Rose Festival Foundation thanks Pacific Power for providing a worthwhile mentorship program for the Rose Festival court.
