The International Festivals & Events Association awarded the Rose Festival its highest honor, the Grand Pinnacle Award at its annual conference in Atlanta, Georgia in September. A Century of Celebration, the 2007 Rose Festival, won 30 total industry accolades, including being singled out for the Best Educational Program, Best Community Outreach Program, Best Environmental Program and Best Children's Programming.
