The Rose Festival Court, the Character Clown Corps, members of the Battle Ground High School marching band and a host of festival dignitaries and special guests will prepare for the big events inside Portland's historic Memorial Coliseum.
Rose Festival President Mark McGirr will join employees of Regence BlueCross BlueShield to limber up for the new Regence Grand Floral Walk, while the Rose Festival Court practices their waves for the KeyBank Grand Floral parade.
