Princess Submission Deadline!

The last chance to be a candidate for Princess has arrived! The DEADLINE for submitting applications for the 2010 Rose Festival Court is December 18, 2009. All applications MUST be mailed! Applications must be postmarked before MIDNIGHT on December 18. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.
