The last chance to be a candidate for Princess has arrived! The DEADLINE for submitting applications for the 2011 Rose Festival Court is December 15, 2010.
All hand-delivered applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. on December 15 (before the office closes). All mailed applications must be postmarked prior to MIDNIGHT on December 15.
