Due to combined efforts of the Rose Festival and Portland Park Bureau, Waterfront Village will be open for business at 11:00 a.m. -- with FREE admission all day courtesy of KOIN Local 6 -- for Thursday, June 3.
Come and enjoy Barbecue & Brew and BOOTS weekend! It's time to fire up the barbie and pull on your designer rubber boots! We're cookin' now as the second weekend at the Rose Festival's Waterfront Village starts up. Fun is mandatory ... rain boots are optional!
