Rogue CityFair Pub Debuts for 2012 Rose Festival

The Rogue CityFair Pub is debuting this year, bringing the rustic charm and casual atmosphere of the Rogue Brewery into the heart of Rose Festival CityFair. For all of the ‘Rogue Nation’ followers, the Pub will be Rogue-a-fied with Rogue’s signature decor. Open for family-friendly dining until 7:00 p.m., patrons can also relax at happy hour and enjoy dinner with classic pub foods, fine micro brews of Rogue ales, lagers and cocktails made with Rogue Spirits. The Rogue CityFair Pub will serve adults only from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. for the run of the Rose Festival CityFair (May 25 through June 10).

“The Rose Festival is a world class celebration of the Portland community and Rogue is very proud to be an active member of Portland’s craft beer community,” says Brett Joyce (Rogue Ales President). “We have four local pubs, our beer is poured at Portland’s Saturday Market, we produce a Portland State University IPA, Rogue is the official beer partner of the Portland Jazz Festival, and we annually host the Bones ‘n Brew event in Portland’s Pearl District. We consider it to be an honor to be named the official brewery of the Rose Festival.” As the official brewery of the Portland Rose Festival, Rogue’s Rose Festival Ale is a refreshing Belgian style blonde ale, infused with Oregon Roses and packaged in a decorative white bottle commemorating the 2012 Rose Festival.

Rose Festival CityFair — part of Portland’s Official Festival — is open for three full weekends starting on Memorial Day weekend. CityFair features exciting new attractions, the return of a waterfront entertainment venue with national acts and performances and special promotions for people of all ages. Activities include carnival rides, special attractions, musical entertainment and CityFair’s tallest carnival ride, MegaDrop!
