Applications must be submitted by
April 4, 2025
to be considered.

. Once approved, accepted exhibitors will be offered contracts along with details of participation, payment, and insurance requirements.
Space will be assigned based upon approval of completed applications and received payment.
Acceptance notifications will be emailed on
April 11, 2025
Payment is due upon receipt and must be received by Rose Festival no later than
April 18, 2025
The Portland Rose Festival (PRFF) does NOT offer product exclusivity to any exhibitor. However, we place an emphasis on limiting the number of matching products to allow for appropriate spacing between similar products.
Please note: Use of music and other sound equipment is restricted and must be pre-approved.
Use or sales of alcohol, tobacco or narcotics products, including paraphernalia, is not allowed at any time.
Site layout considerations: booth appearance and other pertinent factors as determined solely by Rose Festival.
