CityFair 101 (Basic Event Information)

Rose Festival CityFair is Portland's largest waterfront event. Open three full weekends, CityFair features exciting attractions, concerts, and exhibits plus great food and shopping.

What you can find at Rose Festival CityFair:

Entertainment - CityFair is also proud to showcase the best local music and performance art from the Northwest and beyond on three stages.

Free activities - Family-friendly displays, interactive educational exhibits, sponsors offering free samples, and a dramatic opening night fireworks display are among the great activities that are included with CityFair admission. The United States Navy, United States Coast Guard, and the Royal Canadian Navy sail in during the final weekend of CityFair for Fleet Week.

Promotions - Kids 6 and under are always free, and our partnership with Funtastic Traveling Shows brings special discount carnival ride promotions to the public, which will boost attendance.

CityFair Exhibitor Program Overview

The exhibitor program allows for small business owners and non-profit organizations to sell consumer products or provide a service onsite at Rose Festival CityFair.

If your company falls within one of these categories : Automotive, Beverage, Casino, Communication (including cell phones/service), Credit Card, Financial Institutions, Hot Tubs & Spas, Hotel Industry, Insurance, Medical Facilities, Mobile Tours, Retail Stores, Technology, Lead Generation, Home Improvement or United States Military; please email or call our Sponsorship Department at 503.227.2681 for partnership opportunities. Applications will be considered based on quality, product diversity, and price points. Signage, staff attire, and booth appearances will be assessed, along with the overall presentation.

In order to be considered, 2023 CityFair Exhibitor applications must be submitted online by March 10, 2023. Applications must include a complete list of items to be sold, the price (or range) of each item, and a photo or detailed drawing of the booth set-up. Applications missing these requirements will not be considered.

CityFair Exhibitor Pricing

Pricing includes a canopy, general overhead lighting, one 20 amp/120 volt electrical outlet, and 24-hour security inside a fully-fenced perimeter.

Each exhibitor will be assigned a space by Rose Festival staff. A location map will be provided prior to move in. Management reserves the right to change Exhibitor's assigned space at any time.

2023 Exhibitor Booth Pricing (3 size options):
10' x 10' = $1,500
10' x 20' = $2,700
20' x 20' = $5,000
Note: after acceptance, fee is due in full by April 14, 2023. For payments received April 15 - May 1, a 5% late fee may be charged. For payments not received by May 2, exhibitor may lose their vending location.
