PRICE INCLUDES: Canopy, basic overhead lighting, one 120volt/5amp electrical outlet, and security inside a fully-fenced perimeter.

Once accepted, payment in full is due April 12, 2024. For payments received April 13- May 2, a 5% late fee may be charged. For payments not received by May 3, Exhibitor may lose their vending location.

Applications must be submitted by March 15, 2024 to be considered.
This is not a contract. Do not send payment with this application. Once approved, accepted exhibitors will be offered contracts along with details of participation, payment, and insurance requirements.
Space will be assigned based upon approval of completed applications and received payment. Space isn't guaranteed until payment has cleared the bank.
Acceptance notifications will be emailed on March 29, 2024
Payment is due upon receipt and must be received by Rose Festival no later than April 12, 2024
The Portland Rose Festival (PRFF) does NOT offer product exclusivity to any exhibitor. However, we place an emphasis on limiting the number of matching products to allow for appropriate spacing between similar products.
Please note: Use of music and other sound equipment is restricted and must be pre-approved.
Use or sales of tobacco or narcotics products, including paraphernalia, is not allowed at any time.
Site layout considerations: booth appearance and other pertinent factors as determined solely by Rose Festival.
