All pricing includes: properly sized space (10'x10'), overhead canopy, general overhead lighting, sidewalls, one (1) five amp outlet, one (1) 8’ table, two (2) chairs and security inside a fully-fenced perimeter.

Once accepted, payment in full is due at Contracting.

This is not a contract. Do not send payment with this application. Once approved, accepted exhibitors will be offered contracts along with details of participation, payment and insurance requirements.
Space will be assigned based upon approval of completed applications and received payment by deadline.
Payment is due upon receipt.
The Portland Rose Festival (PRFF) does NOT offer product exclusivity to any exhibitor. However, we place an emphasis on limiting the number of matching products to allow for appropriate spacing between similar products.
Please note: Use of music and other sound equipment is restricted and must be pre-approved.
Use or sales of tobacco or narcotics products, including paraphernalia, is not allowed at any time.
Site Layout Considerations: Booth appearance and other pertinent factors as determined solely by Rose Festival.
