Calling All Car Enthusiasts!

The Portland Rose Festival is inviting you to participate in this year's CareOregon Grand Floral Starlight Parade, and the Fred Meyer Junior Parade!

Each year convertible car owners provide transportation for VIPs, dignitaries, and invited guests, while showing off their beautiful vehicles, in the Portland Rose Festival’s three signature parades.
