Community Partner Events

The Portland Rose Festival Calendar of Events comprises more than 60 events each year. The Portland Rose Festival produces about 15 of these events -- and the others are a part of the Portland Rose Festival Foundation's Sanctioned Events Program. This program strives to incorporate events that provide a broad base of community involvement and enrichment.

As a Portland Rose Festival Sanctioned Event, your event is certain to get noticed. Sanctioned Events receive widespread publicity in more than 100,000 brochures and programs distributed locally, regionally and nationally by the Portland Rose Festival Foundation.

Events interested in becoming a Sanctioned Event with the Portland Rose Festival preferably occur in June (Celebration Events) -- though there are Prelude events starting in April and running through May and Encore Events taking place in late June and in July.

To request an application to become part of the 2009 Festival event lineup, email us your information -- or call us at 503.227.2681.
