The Starlight Parade begins at NW Burnside and 9th Ave. It then travels through downtown Portland and ends at Lincoln High School.

Road Closures
The parade route closes at 6 p.m. except Burnside which closes at 7 p.m. The formation area from NW Burnside to Glisan and NW Broadway to 10th closes at 1 p.m.
Parade Activities
- The Starlight Parade is televised live on KGW from Broadway between SW Taylor and Salmon.
- Band judging takes place at SW 4th and Burnside.
