Marching Bands at the Rose Festival
Rose Festival Noontime Concerts
Portland Rose Festival will host FREE noontime concerts at various locations around Downtown Portland. Enjoy a mid-day concert from visiting and local bands, while previewing some of the bands that will also march in the PGE/SOLVE Starlight Parade and the Spirit Mountain Casino Grand Floral Parade.
Informal, fun and flexible, these casual weekday concerts always draw an enthusiastic response. All concerts are from 12:00 noon to 12:45 p.m.
Add some Rose Festival excitement to the workday and catch a performance on your lunch break!
